At Ruth Shaw, we stand behind the quality of every piece we sell and want you to be 100% satisfied. Our return policy varies based on your mode of purchase. Please consider the following.

In Boutique Purchases

For in-boutique purchases, we will accept returns and exchanges up to 14 days after purchase for store credit on full price, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise with tags.  All Sale Merchandise is FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange.

Online Purchases

If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your Ruth Shaw online purchase, we will gladly accept your return of full price, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, merchandise, with tags, within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. Please email us at ruthshawinc@live.com to initiate a return and a return label will be provided for a $12 flat rate. Refunds will be provided in the original form of payment. All Sale Merchandise is FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange.
